Welcome to Lock and Key Rentals, where our journey is as unique as the services we offer.

Nina Shell, a Real Estate Broker and seasoned professional in property management, brings her extensive experience from managing properties in larger cities to our company. Her expertise lies in ensuring that every property under our management is not just a building, but a home for our tenants and a valuable asset for our investors.

Matt Shell, Nina’s husband, complements the team with his skills as a licensed home inspector, as well as our renovations and landscaping manager. His keen eye for detail and commitment to quality is what helps us maintain our properties in their top condition.

Mindy keeps the day-to-day details at Lock & Key Rentals running smoothly. She manages our property turnovers, including walkthroughs and coordinating cleaning to make sure each home is ready for its next tenant.

She’s also a wonderful administrator who keeps our team on track and our files in order. We’re grateful for the care and organization she brings to everything she does.

Andrew is an important part of the Lock & Key Rentals team, serving as both a property manager and leasing agent. He is also a seasoned real estate agent, bringing valuable experience and insight to the work he does every day. Andrew works closely with our maintenance vendors to coordinate repairs and help keep each property in great condition. He also stays in touch with our owners, keeping them informed about their properties and the work being done to care for them.
